Rajiv Jain is a very experienced fund manager who has delivered excellent long-term performance using a "quality growth" approach. His departure from GQG Partners would be a huge setback for the firm and represents substantial key-man risk. Another potential concern is that GQG Partners amassed over $91B AUM (as of 12/31/2021) in less than 6 years.

Thanks. I own both GQEIX and GQHIX and so the info you included is of interest to me. Under Parent tab, M* shows total net assets at $11B but it is possible M* did not include assets under separately managed accounts and other vehicles. It would be great if you are able to share a link or a source of the $91B you mentioned. Thanks.
(d) Investment companies (13): $35B (f) Pooled investment vehicles (39): $37B (g) Pension and profit sharing (9): $4B (i) State/muni governments (8): $4B (l) Sovereign wealth funds (5): $3B (m) Corp or other business (26): $8M
That $35B for mutual fund companies' AUM is more meaningful than the AUM that M* reports for six mutual funds managed by GQG Partners, Inc. The six funds are likely GQGIX ($9.6B), GQFIX ($0.1B), GQRIX ($1.1B), GQJIX ($0.05B), GQHIX ($0.1B), and GQEIX ($1.2B).
Rajiv Jain is the (?) founder, Chairman, & CIO of GQG Partners and probably one of the largest shareholder of that firm. Their website still shows him as working there. I expect him to retire their.
The Summary Prospectus (dated August 1, 2022) indicates that Rajiv Jain, James Anders, Brian Kersmanc, and Sudarshan Murthy manage GQFIX. Mr. Kersmanc and Mr. Murthy started managing the fund on July 1, 2022. Who departed GQFIX?
I've been with firstrade for many years, never had an issue and they provide access to institutional shares of many mutual funds at low minimums and transaction cost free.

Here’s a nice profile on Rajiv Jain from 2020.

He made his mark running Vontobel’s EM fund until he struck out on his own.
Also check ghqpartners.com for info on the firm Jain has run since 2016.
Barron's also had a couple of features on Rajiv Jain last year (search) and more before.
I obtained the $91B amount directly from the GQG website.
YBB provided the URL in his post above.

Fee is $49.95. About half a tank of gas in my Tacoma.

Thank you, @Crash and @BenWP.
I am seeing on M* that GQHIX 's Alpha is negative, which is odd.
