Don't Let The Star Rating Fool You---This Fund Is Gold
If you want broad coverage of the international stock arena, VGTSX is an ok option. However, if you want higher returns with better alpha, sharpe and sortino ratio, and less risk and volatility, there are many other options. And, yes, they will cost more than an index fund.
