Thanks Kaspa...very good read. Now if I only had a couple of million. Actually I'm sure strategies are scaleable. Munis are an interesting bond sector that is often not considered as part of a bond portfolio in IRAs, but seem to have qualities, aside from the tax efficiency, that might make them an option.
