Follow Up: Vanguard-Watcher Says Tax Suit 'Could Change Industry Landscape'

FYI: Vanguard spokesman John Woerth in a statement says the company denies wrongdoing, affirms the legality of its practices and says it will defend against the suit vigorously.

  • I (not a Vang investor, ever) don't see that an adverse ruling would have any impact on its reputation for integrity and all that luv they get, if the argument is over best practice ... inuring to whose benefit. So they tried to do good and screwed it up? (maybe, maybe not). Hardly a nefarious story. Snowball will have something insightful to say, I bet.
