Checking Morningstar’s "Market Valuation Graph" … Stocks in general are trading about three percent above fair value.

Looking at WSJ’s “Yield & P/E Ratios” on the major indexes the S&P 500 Index, Friday’s market close of 1988, is trading at TTM P/E Ratio at 19.1 and on forward estimates at 16.8.
