    Looks like the S&P 500 was up 25% during that time.
    Who knows what MIT invested in.....didn't look like the article specified the asset allocation.

    Only $56K per year for an MIT undergraduate education these days.

    Right, endowment portfolio looks well diversified.

    I could not find a break out of the expense to run the endowment, an er if you will. If you find it, please pass on.
