The iPad has apparently been delayed, given the success of the larger phone. The watch is early next year. Either the announcement is the details of the eventual new iPad or something else. Given the message, I'm guessing it's something else - TV, perhaps. Apple has been acting reasonably well over the last week or so in terms of stock price.
  • I was wondering when you would chime in @scott. If I remember correctly, Apple made the event announcement first and the cryptic message came later. I have been curious to see what the TV idea is but disappointed like many for a while now. I still don't think Apple will make a TV itself, just the content.

The iPad delay is curious, I'm not sure why they delayed it?

Either this announcement will be widely favored or very disappointing. We shall see.
