ETF Market Vital Signs, Nov. 28; Energy Stock Drilled After OPEC

FYI: (Sorry I didn't get this up last night.)
Energy stocks fell sharply on Friday after the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries opted on Thursday not to cut production and stem the falling price of crude oil, which slumped to fresh four-year lows. Petroleum-exporting emerging markets like Russia and Brazil were hit, as were gold and gold miners. Bonds and defensive U.S. stocks managed gains.
