Searching for Dividends...interesting

  • People love AT & T as a dividend stock. I believe the dividend increases have been slowing a little in recent years and I hate that industry, which is one big price war. There are some positives on the horizon, but I'm not seeing the same appeal.

  • @MFO Members; johnN has come up with an excellent MLP paying a 6% + dividend, I like it. Energy Transfer Partners (ETP)
Owns natural gas gathering faculties, pipelines, and storage and processing facilities in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Utah and West Virginia and in Texas. ETP also is one of the three largest retail marketers of propane in the United States. Also in a joint venture with Enterprise Product Partners to build a crude oil pipeline from Oklahoma to Texas.

I own ETP parent ETE (which had a $61M insider buy in October and the stock is still hovering a little higher than those levels), as well as EPD.
