The EU announce back in November their intent to support sanctions against Iran, but were not invoking the new policy for a few months in order to give the smaller countries that were more dependent on Iranian oil to find alternatives. The UK and France had already curtailed most, if not all, purchases from Iran over this time frame. So, Iran is basically saying that they won't sell to Britain and France since Britain and France won't buy from them. Another non-story story by the lame-stream media.
