Happy O157:H7 Thanksgiving? If so..... good luck!

As basic public health prevention guidelines re. inspections and enforcement have slowly but surely gone the way of the dodo for the past 20 years, we see once again another growing epidemic from an organism that could have been contained to a smaller "target audience." And so, for many Thanksgiving revelers, the happy meal of yesterday may be one of the last they'll ever experience. If you live in a Western state, and purchased something on the following list to enhance the feast, you might want to check your frig and the lot numbers:
