Should You Cash Out Of Mutual Funds In A Bad Stock Market?

FYI: he declines of 10%-plus in the major stock market indexes from their 52-week highs is enough to remind mutual fund investors of how fast portfolio balances can dwindle — and how long it can take for the market to recover its losses from meltdowns like the financial crisis of 2007-09 and the Internet bubble of 1999.
So, once again the question arises of whether investors should bail out of stocks and go to cash, either a little, a lot or totally.

Ted
