Yesterday's ETF Market Vital Signs: Enter The Draghi

FYI: It was a week of U-turns in global markets that culminated in big stocks rally. A second take on the European Central Bank’s plan to boost the continent’s economy sent stocks soaring on Friday. That was in stark contrast to Thursday, where stocks plunged and the euro zoomed higher in the wake of the ECB’s newly announced stimulus.

What more can central banks do to prop up a floundering economy? For now, intervening directly in the market for corporate bonds could loosen credit on the Continent
