Mark. Hulbert no longer publishes his rating of investment newsletters, but he still writes columns that stir the pot, sometimes generating an emotional reaction. His latest contribution has the potential to energize political emotions. The article is not meant to be political; it's simply reporting a rather impressive statistical fact.
