I have posted Ron Rowland's Leasdership Strategy before and have referenced to it form time-to-time in the past.

It seems, there might be some new folks on the board that might benefit from it. I know I have.

    I went very slightly short yesterday - very light hedging, very small amount. Will probably not add much (if any) more to it, but thought this was a place to start lightly shorting - so much anticipation of another QE/more easing, but it won't happen at these levels. Other reasons as well, but that was certainly one of them.
