Doug Ramsey, Manager,Leuthold Global: Wait For A Bear Before Loading Up On Foreign Stocks: (GLBLX)

FYI: Waiting for a bear market may seem like waiting for Godot—it’s been 3,297 days since the last bear market ended on March 9, 2009. But a bear market is likely to come at some point, perhaps sooner rather than later. When it does, it may be a good time to load up on foreign stocks. That’s the thinking of Doug Ramsey, chief investment officer of Leuthold Group and lead manager of the Leuthold Global Fund.

Ted
