Summary

Storage is a lower-risk sector with superior economics and favorable investment characteristics.
Most storage companies appear to be aggressively valued amid the declining NOI growth and increasingly competitive market space.
One niche player remains very attractive from a fundamental perspective and yet, it trades at a sizable discount to its closest peers.
A generous 6.7% Yield, along with mid single-digit growth, and some FFO multiple expansion is what will lead this company to outperform.
