Rob Arnott's Latest All Asset Commentary

edited December 2012 in Fund Discussions
http://investments.pimco.com/insights/External Documents/Arnott_on_All_Asset_November_2012_PCAAA008.pdf (These publications seem to be getting pushed later and later; this is the November 2012 issue but I saw it only just today.)

Inflation is always a common theme in Rob Arnott's commentaries, but I thought the presentation in this issue was particularly compelling. Arnott mentions high yield bonds and emerging market bonds (denominated in local currency) as being major players in his inflation protection plan, due to TIPS having negative yields and REITs and commodities being cyclical.
