    As a side note, the small cap fund is/was managed by Frank L. Susteric who was withTurner Funds who ran its Emerging Growth Fund/Micro Cap Fund.

    My guess is the non-compete contract that was signed when Chartwell acquired Berwin Funds ended as so did their managers' responsibilities.
