Quicken alternatives

Given my and others problems with M* I wonder if anyone has found an alternative to Quicken for portfolio tracking. I do not want to give out my passwords to Yodle or other online aggregaters and I and over 2 decades of data in Quicken .

It recently is a bit better but the statistics calculating performance in particular are miserably inaccurate, and despite many complaints on the discussion boards there seems to be no attempt to improve them..
