Alpine Starts Buyback of Dynamic Div CEF.

8:53 AM Alpine Total Dynamic Divdend Fund's (AOD) board authorizes a share repurchase plan "reflect(ing) the Board's belief ... that the market continues to undervalue the (stock)." Net asset value is estimated at $4.57 vs. yesterday's close of $3.93. Fund president Sam Lieber was a buyer of shares a month ago. Shares +2.3% to $4.02 premarket. (PR) [On the Move] Comment!

Meh. No thanks. Dividends are great, but I don't like these dividend capture funds.
