Will Fed Bank Stress Tests Lead to Suspended Dividends?

One may consider adding to CEFs/ Preferred Bank Stocks for longer horizons may make sense these days if you pick the right vehicle
Probably better than Cash or Govt Bonds, yields extremely low compared to these
For instance - One colleague at work also buying more BAC prefers, yields at 5.8s%
