American Airlines is cutting 19,000 jobs when federal aid expires in October

Is America great again yet? So glad our tax dollars went to prop them up instead of directly to the unemployed and working people.

  • As a frequent airline customer, my business travel has stopped since late February and will not resume until early next year. Given how work still get done mostly remotely, future travel frequency will be reduce. Besides these airelines will not leave the middle row empty as to alllow social distancing, Many still pack their planes - greed!

By year end there is likely fewer commercial airlines Who survive as the demand continues to shrink. So Warren Buffet got out of areline stocks at a good time.
