Here is the SEC filing. Two fund classes will be available: Retail (BBGRX, $5K minimum) and "N" (BBGNX, $10K minimum). Timothy Hartch, a portfolio manager of BBTEX, will manage the fund along with Regina Lombardi. We continue to own and like BBTEX which is now closed to new investors.
