Artisan Global Small Cap fund not open until at least June 2013
Called Artisan this morning to open an Artisan Global Small Cap Fund account. The Artisan CSR who told me that they just received a flier indicating that Artisan Global Small Cap fund would open until at least June 2013.
Another disappointment. Probably explains why there is nothing promoting the fund on the Artisan Funds web site.
CSR offered to take my name and mail me a prospectus when the fund gets closer to opening. June is when the fund will be offered (supposedly), but that is not etched in stone. No explanation as for the delayed opening.
