About the mysteriously beloved long scroll version: On my windows laptop the monthly commentary displays as 3 columns, with the center column being the article to be read. As you scroll, the column remains narrow, with charts and tables being difficult to read. There are two remedies. 1. Use the long scroll version or 2. Press "ctrl +" once or twice. This expands things so that the article you wish to read is now displayed below the contents column and is wide enough for pleasant reading and good display of charts and tables.
