  • Thanks Ted. Do you think this is a viable alternative to T. Rowe Price Health Science, PRHSX today?

  • I had owned an ETF, IBB for a few years, sold last year. Did very well.
  • Reply to @ron: Thanks. Will check it out.
  • Reply to @Sven: I like FBIOX, and yes it's a viable alternative to PRHSX. Also, look at HQH, HQL, DLHAX, PHSZX.

  • Reply to @Ted: Thank you. Look like I have more homework to do.
  • Reply to @Sven:

If this is a long term hold at Fidelity you might also consider (FSPHX). At this time (FSPHX) has a 25% overlap with (FBIOX).

  • Reply to @Art: My only reservation on Fidelity's sector funds is that they are the training ground for new fund managers. Vanguard Health Care, VGHAX and T.Rowe Price Health Care, PRSHX have had stable management team until Jenner moved on. Today, biotechnology is contributing more than half of today's blockbuster medicine.
