Mom And Pop Can't Quit Emerging-Market Stocks. And That's Good
That article could have benefited from a proofreader! ...And doesn't all of this contradict everything we've been hearing over the last couple of weeks? ...But on the other hand... blah blah blah blah......I guess it all depends on who writes the article and by whom they are employed. Or maybe they are self-employed... I dunno. These statements can't be right AND wrong at the same time.
