Currency-Hedged Funds The Next Big Thing ?

FYI: Stay away from currency funds they are not for small amateur investors. My next door neighbor is a professional currency trader, (Euro & Canadian $$$) and he makes his money three places to the right of the decimal point trading millions of dollars every day.

  • Wait. Are those hedged currency funds (and what is that?) or currency hedged equity funds? Because if its the latter, how is that different than TBGVX or FMIJX, which actually take currency speculation out of the equation?
