Please note;This Fund,PRHSX,is closed to new investors at TD,Schwab,and Fidelity.I tryed all three to no avail.

Reply to @TSP_Transfer: It is open directly through T. Rowe Price. May want to consider transfer fund from your brokerage to T. Rowe Price.
