T. Rowe Price, Janus Capital Suffer Third- Quarter Outflows

Comments

Thanks for all the great links Ted. I don't have time to read every article, but often the headline is quite telling, as in this case. I have no clue what causes these moves. In the case of Price, they're a conservative house in managing their funds (though quite aggressive in their allocation recommendations). So, it's likely many of their funds are lagging after a 4+ year bull run. By coincidence I noted yesterday a recent small change in their fee structure - but it's unlikely this change contributed to the withdrawals.

  • Thanks Ted. I'm not surprised at the Janus outflows. They continue to have issues that affect investor confidence.
