Fidelity's New ETFs: What's The Value Of Two Basis Points ?

Comments

  • Fidelity, Schwab, Vanguard, PIMCO...the companies are each in the ETF arena to capture as many of the current mutual fund clients as they can. While ETFs are and probably will be a small part of these companies' total assets under management, they still do not want to give up market share to the big competitors. 2 BPS aren't worth much, but the big boys will do whatever they can to market the difference.

BlackRock with iShares, VanEck with Market Vectors, and a few others were early to the game.
