    Federal funds by state list

johnN...........not pick'in on Texas (I lived in Texas for a year in the wayback days, and probably should have remained in Austin). The numbers are too high for all states. The numbers do vary depending on which data is counted and which web site is referenced. You should edit this post to off-topic.

  • In terms of Texas you can look at Texas Pacific Land Trust (TPL), among other things. I think there's a lot of things to be concerned about, but I don't think any state would fare better (when it really comes down to it) on their own.

  • Interviewed once in Galveston. They chose the other guy, instead. Year later, a devastating hurricane. In Texas City on the mainland, you can smell the nat gas and oil everywhere. The nearby "Golden Triangle's" three points are Beaumont-Port Arthur and Orange.
