Did anyone notice this regarding Fidelity Funds?

I've received a couple of shareholder updates from Fidelity funds I own where Portfolio Manager gives a recap and peformance update. There is also section where Chairman has a message. Until recently this message was from Ned Johnson III. Now, this part is being signed by James C. Curvey, Acting Chairman.

I did google but I did not find any report of this change. Does anyone know what happened to Ned? Did he retire at age 80 or something else happened to him.

BTW, this post is saying that Ned has moved to famility firm to New Hampshire.
