Reply to @Ted: Merry xmas to you sir. sorry have not been posting much recently. Too busy at work. We also went to Orlando last wk first time ever, beautiful weather and beaches. Wish I can stay there for a long time but the wifey hate the toll roads there [lol]. Personally I think Fla is good for retirees and rich folks with $$ but I think Texas [like in Austin or Dallas/Houston] maybe have more to offer because of the diversity /jobs opportunities and many good places to eat.
