I'll also note that there are a couple of MLPs where there are I-shares that do not result in a K-1, but only offer share dividends, KMR (Kinder Morgan Management) and EEQ (Enbridge Energy Management). There are also a few good Canadian energy income vehicles, such as Enbridge Income (EBGUF.PK)
