Vanguard's computers are at it again

April's dividends for my Vanguard money market fund and Vanguard muni bond funds are not showing up in the transaction history (my non-Vanguard muni bond fund dividends are). However, Vanguard tells me that they were posted properly and they are able to see this from their legacy view, which we can't see.

  • @Mona Check it out today. My account was okay for the dividend from money market. I checked under "activity". Transaction took place on 4/30.
  • I checked this morning and found April’s dividend posted as @Derf indicated. Perhaps they maybe a day late.

April’s account statement, however, has not posted yet, and they are generally take a few days to have it available.
  • Yesterday, the dividends were posted to the accounts properly but not showing up on the "Activity" page. This morning, I spoke with my Relationship Manager and he said that Vanguard fixed the problem over night.
  • Vanguard is perennially more focused on trimming and extra 0.000138% off your ER than actually providing good service.
  • 4/2 made a small purchase at VG. Today received notice of 1k shares of APPLE purchased. Activity records only show my small purchase of $1055. was AI the "person" in charge?!
    Shit happens, Derf
