Since Jan 2022 till the end of February 2026 GPROX has a CAGR of -4.34%. A similar allocation to Schwab Fundamental Large Cap domestic and international has returned 15.26 % according to Portfolio Visualizer. I am sure others have done much better. For us, our IRA's are about retirement. The taxables are about our legacy.
We'll be realizing modest gains in the IRA's tomorrow, and letting the taxables run. We have enough ready cash in the taxables to enjoy higher returns on our money markets, or invest in other directions.
