Another Flash Crash ... NASDAQ OPTIONS MARKET REMAINS HALTED!
Seems the high frequency trading systems are over driving the exchange ... and, the system crashed around 10:36 AM this morning and options trading remained halted for the rest of the day. Seems the SEC remains behind the curve in its oversight and enforcement efforts.
