trying to identify stock from ticker symbol sound-alike

My dad described a stock he was interested in investing in. He said "eastern" is in its name, it invests in "government buildings", and knowing him it will have a pretty good yield. On a not-so-great cell phone reception the ticker symbol sounded like DDA, but I suspect the two Ds are Cs, Bs, Gs, etc, something with that long-E sound. Any idea what stock this is? He gets his investment ideas from newsletters. Thx!

  • GOV (a REIT) invests in government buildings and is the most common one mentioned but there is a newer player in that area called Easterly Government Properties (DEA).
  • That's it; thx Mark!
