He may have been a Think or Swim customer. When TSA and TOS merged, many new TSA customers were granted the trade rate offered by TOS on their accounts. TDA did that with one of my TOS accounts.

Correct, generally under 100KB, but I look for 497 filings with small amounts of KB. Sometimes I am lucky, other times I am not. Some of the openings/closings are now under 497K filings (s/b SAI filings).

I don't use a parser...I just look at 497 filings that are generally small in nature. Generally, liquidations and fund closings/openings are small files on Edgar. I don't get all of them, but I do catch many of them.

I spoke with a CSR of the transfer agent...record date and payable date are 12/16. I would call again to confirm this information is correct.

It seems a little odd to offer an international small cap fund, but not offer a global small cap fund. I have owned ARTJX prior to its closure many years ago. Hope, the closure of ARTWX is not a sign for ARTJX.
Unfortunately, ARTWX has only $68 million AUM as of October 31, 2016 as the fund commenced on June 25, 2013. Hopefully, ARTJX will remain around for some time.
I am sure that GP's fund didn't help ARTWX either.

I assume also that they are still liquidating the other funds as well? Seems strange to issue new fund(s) SAI only to decide the liquidate the fund(s) shortly thereafter.

I did see the new summary prospectus filed prior to the liquidation notice above. I thought it was little strange. Maybe more details will develop as time progresses.
