Fascinating day in commodities pits

edited November 2014 in Off-Topic
Agriculture having best day in a long time. Most products up big. Corn, wheat, coffee all up over 2%. Metals flattish. But energy? Worst day in weeks for most petroleum related products. Brent Crude is off around 2.5%. Gasoline futures off 3.73%. In the Tampa area, where we're spending some time, many stations have gas for under $2.75. Figure a good chunk of that consists of state and federal tax, and they're selling it for less than many of us pay for bottled water at the grocery.
