“At BrewDog we are on a mission to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are ... We are committed to putting the passion, the flavour and the artisan craftsmanship back into people’s glasses. We want to change the world of beer forever ... ” https://www.brewdog.com/usa/

That’s a British spelling of flavor (“flavour”). So it’s likely brewed somewhere in the British Isles. Based on personal experience their beers don’t compare well with what we brew in the States. Most are around 4% ABV and taste like water. So this offering looks to me like a “sell” - or possibly something you might want to take a “short” position in. Adding insult to injury, the Brits use the metric measure. A standard can / bottle of their beer actually yields only about 11.3 fluid ounces, whereas the U.S. standard can or bottle yields 12 fluid ounces. Another reason to steer clear of this dog.

Getting back to what the brewski itself delivers and whether others can “beat” it - Grand Rapids MI brewed Founders Porter clocks in at 6.5% (ABV). Tastes great too. Drink 2 and you won’t care what your investments are yielding. Drink 3 and you won’t remember. :)
  • Red Horse, Philippines. More alcohol than standard beers.
