Retoolong or Reshaping my Roth IRA and looking for ideas for Small Cap Growth ETF's. I currently own VBK but want to reallocate to another option. I did the same with VBK, which is a solid offering bur I found a handful of great SCV ideas (thanks to you guys).
Growth has been smacked in the face by the latest bear market rally so I think it's an 'interesting' time to review this style.

But one thing to keep in mind is that R2000 and R2000 Growth (IWO) aren't selective indexes, so they include lots of garbage - SCs that don't have earnings or even viable businesses. So, stick with other indexes such as SP SC 600 (IJT, SLYG). I am not sure about CRSP VBK (your holding) on this issue but on charts, it performs somewhat similar to R2000 Growth IWO.
This being in IRA, the TLH doesn't apply, but others with taxable accounts may consider TLH swaps with only 4 days left to do so.
