    PATRICK HARKER: Yeah. We need to see clear signs we're moving toward 2%. Now our view is we're going to get under four this year, under three next year and in 2025, we'll hit two. It's going to take some time. And, I think, we just need to be ready for that. It's going to take some time.
    Good news for those rolling CD's,T-Bills, and whatnot?
