Is Iran war is over ?

Bloomberg reported that other countries are requested to help and escort tankers through Strait of Hormuz. The narrative of “the war is over” is only the beginning.

One can expect oil price to remain elevated until some form of negotiation has been achieved.

  • There are talks about moving US Marine to that region. Can you say Iraq 2.0 and Afghanistan all over again?

There was no strategic plan to the end games with Iran war. Air superiority means little to counteract thousands of cheap drones in the war of attrition. This type of asymmetric warfare is well exemplified in the Ukraine war. Slowing moving oil tankers are vulnerable targets from many forms of attack. Using expensive warships as escort only add more targets for the Iranians.

So, what we've been seeing in the news is just Orange Child DECLARING that these other seven countries should help woth Hormuz.
