So most? all? of the court is hearing it? That should mean the scenario of the three-judge panel, two of which are Trumpers, is off the table, and it's more likely the case could be decided on the merits.
FWIW, I've been very interested in this case since it was filed and slowly worked it's way up the chain. My guess is that it's going to be Roberts's call, and he is unpredictable as far as I'm concerned.

Wow. Section 338 is surely heading our way next. Talk about "vague"... "Discrimination against US commerce" could mean anything that he wants it to. And how would you even begin to challenge that in a court?
