I am trying to sign into my Morningstar account. It is saying that I am using the "Wrong email address or Password". I am 100% certain that I am using the correct email address and password. Is anyone else having this problem?
Just checked. I remain signed in which is the normal setting. Youf situation sounds odd. Haven’t had issues with M* sign in that can recall. Good luck.
Cap key is not engaged. I even tried a different browser. I must be doing something wrong, but I just can't figure out what. I sent a message to Morningstar and they say that nothing is wrong from their end, I will reset my password.
i noticed m* seems to force a logout if switching to a new\infrequent network. probably annoyance to discourage pwd sharing, too dumb to recognize device is the same.
I reset my password and now have access to my portfolios again. I am wondering if this is something Morningstar did.
I have seven watchlist portfolios set up, and I normally receive daily email updates for all of them in one batch sometime after midnight. Starting the middle of last week, I have been getting one or two updates at a time, spread out throughout the day.
The last time I logged in was this past Friday, and I sent Morningstar a message about this issue also on Friday. When I just reset my password, I noticed something odd. I now have eight watchlist portfolios. One of them, which I have always had, is named "International." The new one is named "Lt_International," and I have no idea where it came from.
The new portfolio contains the same funds as my International portfolio. The only difference is in the "Shares Held" column. In my International portfolio, I use 0.00 for funds I do not own but am watching. In Lt_International, that column shows 1.00 for each of these funds. Both portfolios have the correct share amounts for the funds I actually own.

As a test, I logged in just now using a different browser without experiencing any issues.

Very strange!
