CBS turning into FOX-jr

  • Totally & Utterly Disgusting! Ms Alfonsi was right to call these turds out.
  • Everyday is a new low! More depressing by the hour. And yet elected repugs have no spine.

    The network might as well just remove the first letter from their name since this is total BS.
    I'm glad that Ms. Alfonsi spoke truth to power.
    Walter Cronkite is rolling over in his grave and I'm sure Dan Rather isn't too pleased either.

    I'm fairly certain Edward Murrow is right there with Walter and I'd love to hear what Andy Rooney would have had to say.
  • You speaketh a great truth.

  • taking a very ironic page from history, this is the first of many attempts by compromised propagandist bari riefenstahl to have an affair with trump.

    The 60 Minutes "Inside CECOT" segment was available on Global TV in Canada but has since been removed.
    A viewer recorded the segment (~14 min.) which can be watched using the link below.

    They (the 3 majors) are all afraid and have curtailed anything critical of Trump. He has threatened to jerk their licenses and has insulted their correspondents in live settings (ie - the "Piggy" remark). PBS continues to tell it like it is. I don't watch cable except for NewsNation which attempts to cut a neutral path - though one may read between the lines.

    The question is that if what they are doing is defensible, why did they going to extreme efforts to keep it from the public? Why not bleat about how necessary and good it is.

    CBS = Conservative Broadcast System

    I never watch network television or televised news. Commercials and sub-par programming are not my cup of tea. I prefer to read my news. And research things that I want clarified.

    I have ways of getting content without the commercials or blather. I honestly cannot think of a single show on CBS or any network, that I care about. As if I want to see the 47th season of L&O, NCIS or Blue Bloods. Pablum! I do watch football, so that is the only exception.
  • And he offed himself in his bunker, so won't be able to respond. So, story's permanently killed.
