For all WSJ and Barron's hype about efficiency and performance of capitalism, you would think that it would not take three logins ( two would not take me to Customer Center) to be told that I had to call a representative to change my credit card
I also got a VM from an unknown number telling me the old card was invalid ( It was) and asking me to call an unknown number to renew. This VM also cailmed I could renew online, which did not work.
Yo would think they would have better security
